D-bol muscle growth

D-bol is a very powerful anabolic, huge gains can be made from this steroid. It has also become popular with first time users and people looking for an oral only boost to their training or physique.

My spotting partner is currently  2 weeks in to his 2nd cycle and on 40mg a day of the blue hearts and he is loving it......strength is going through the roof and the stories of his sex life and engorged penis are wearing thin.  He plans to add deca to the cycle at week 4.

On oral health anyone got good tips? liver damage = take milk thistle. I took a Swisse brand liver detox last time and as always looked for a dietary source some foods to help maintain a healthy liver are

  • apples
  • garlic
  • broccoli  (all green leaf veggies)
  • lemons & limes
  • walnuts
  • cabbage
  • turmeric
Get hold of some electrolytes and keep a healthy intake I also eat bananas to maintain healthy potassium level...........bananas are a fast cure for muscle cramps as well. Should anyone want to add to this send me a msg.

Cheers

Natural Testosterone Boosters

Natural Testosterone Boosters

This is a huge market where lots of money can be spent, often on many supplements promising steroid like gains but sadly do not produce much at all except a profit to their CEO. Boosters are very different to steroids which do not boost your production but add more to it. It would seem to be highly unlikely that any vitamin, mineral or herbal supplement will ever be as effective as anabolic steroids. That said however there is a place for some of the supplements. I will not go in to brand names as I am not here to promote any of these companies.

ZMA-Zinc monomethionine asparate and Magnesium Aspartate
This is a well-known and renowned supplement used by many athletes and bodybuilders. ZMA was developed by Victor Conte (founder of BALCO Laboratories in Burlingame, California) and is a combination of zinc, magnesium and B6. All of these compounds have been shown to help in a person who is deficient. No scientific study has proved ZMA to significantly enhance strength or muscle gains.

Zinc deficiency can be serious even fatal. Zinc deficient humans have been shown to have immune problems, hair loss, memory dysfunction, low libido and more including in-ability to gain weight. Zinc has been shown to be a vital part of protein synthesis.

Magnesium is a vital part of the human dietary intake. Excessively low or high protein consumption has been shown to inhibit the absorption of magnesium. A link between magnesium deficiency and depression has been supposed by ma y newer studies. Once again studies tend to contradict each other. In saying that magnesium has been shown to increase bowel health, aid muscle relaxation both during and after exercise, aid in riding muscle cramps and boost one’s ability to intake oxygen whist exercising.

Vitamin B6 is not stored in the body and a continuous supply is needed from diet or supplements. This vitamin has been proven to help make antibodies, maintain normal nerve function, and Make haemoglobin. Haemoglobin carries oxygen in the red blood cells to the tissues. Help break down proteins, so the more protein you consume the more B6 you need. It also helps to keep blood sugar (glucose) within normal ranges.

Tribulus terrestris – This hardy yellow flowering plant from the Zygophyllaceae family. This plant has had a number of uses over the years in cultures like India and China also more recently in Russia Bulgaria and the modern Western world. In the 1990’s Russian/Bulgarian studies showed it increased natural testosterone levels and improved sport performance. These studies have since been repeated without the same results. It has been said by ayurvedic healers for many years to increase sex drive in men. In lab tests on animals it has been shown to produce an aphrodisiac like effect. None of this has been proven on humans. I have met numerous athletes who swear by it and just as many who claim it useless. I have tried it on a number of occasions and have believed it to work at times and also at others been totally disappointed by it. This could well be due to my using different brands and thence forth different qualities. I would be very interested to grow the plant myself and see if a tea could be made from it to induce and see whether in a more natural state it had a more obvious effect. All this aside it remains a popular supplement in the bodybuilding world especially for PCT

How to summarise all this? If you are using any of these products and enjoying your results; don’t change a thing. Perhaps in an athletic (why you’re here) situation the body would benefit from an increase of vitamins due to the extra exertion and duress of training. I personally take a quality multivitamin almost each day and sometimes day and night (when on cycle and training extra hard). I also take an extra zinc, magnesium and B6 as a part of my PCT or sometimes to simply increase my natural abilities. Without a doubt the lest controversial way to increase vitamin intake is via diet.Foods rich in Zinc Magnesium and B6 are;

Avocado
Banana
Legumes
Beef
Lamb
Chicken
Fish
Green leaf veggies
Almonds
Sesame seeds
Whole grains (un-refined)
Oysters
Liver
Pumpkin seeds
Watermelon seeds
Peanuts

This information is really my opinion or summary of what I have learnt. This is not meant to be considered medical advice. You should always conduct your own research and consult a qualified medical practitioner.

Buying Steroids in the UK

Buying Steroids in the UK

Is it legal? It is clearly possible. As it stands today; you may bring steroids (for personal use) in to the UK with you. For example you are coming back from a holiday from Mexico or Thailand and have some gear you have bought……………no problem.
Alternatively you may find a source online and feel to make a purchase and do a cycle or two………The purchase being of course for personal use………no problem.

Things change when you, import for re-selling or decide to sell some of your gear to a mate at the gym. What does personal use mean? A point of contention, as people use all different amounts depending on their objectives. Some people are professional athletes looking for an advantage others are serious Bodybuilders looking for bulk or definition and then you have models and people who just wanna look good naked :)

So the personal use thing has been tested and if you Google it you can find many a story of people bringing in loads of gear being questioned but having answers and explanations and getting through without a hassle you then have others who I guess seem a little guilty when being questioned and end up coping a fine……………..which kind of importer are you?
Should you want to read up an excellent source of information is sorebuttcheeks this guy has oodles of info and articles on busts etc. His blog is informative and well worth a read.
