Muscle Building Tips

Muscle Building tips
Train with intensity. Push yourselves hard and make each rep. count. 10-15 reps with no more than 1 minute rest. The burning sensation you get from intense workouts, is lactic acid. Lactic acid is thought to increase muscle growth by stimulating your natural growth hormone.

Use a training partner and train to failure. After warming up (no stretching) try doing 3 sets of a push ups, dips, jumps or pull ups…….go until failure each time with no more than 1 minute rest. Then continue with your routine.


3 exercises believed to really promote muscle bulk

1. deadlifts


2. squats


3. bench-press

Train a minimum of 3 times a week 4 for more advanced and higher or split program for steroid users

Do not train for bulk and a marathon at the same time. These are separate goals and will counter balance each other and stop you achieving either result. That is not to say someone trying to add bulk should do no cardio or visa versa.

Eat a well-balanced diet. If anything is to be cut out make it bad calories or high fatty foods. You need to eat especially well on the das you train. Make sure you have a protein and carb rich meal approx. 1 hour before and after training. You need 1 gram of protein for each pound of body weight. Try a good variety of protein sources Fish, poultry, red meat (beef is excellent), eggs, dairy, whole grains (quinoa) etc. and of course protein supplements.

Stay mentally focused set yourself short term and long term gaols that are achievable to you. The success of reaching goals is priceless the devastation of not is debilitating.

Fat loss & Clenbuterol


JJ has been thinking to add Clen to our store. To date JJ hasn't used Clen. for any reason, usually I find Azolol does the trick, that diet and exercise right? But after that knee injury has started playing up and the cardio has dropped and blah blah blah ecuse exuse sxcuse JJ is thinking to give it a go and see for myself what results it can produce. It has the reputation as being an expensive pill, seems to have a strong place in the market with young Hollywood starlets and those looking for reall  muscle tone. As I understand it the worst of the side effects for Clen. is the potential mental addiction i.e. falling in love with that skinny new you. The plus of course seeing that 6 pack or being able to fit in to pants you wore before you snacked on high sugar treats everynight.
Anyone out there have any stories to share? I will no doubt offer myself as a guinea pig to Clen. monitor the results and keep you updated.

Diet for serious sport and Body enhancement

I love food, love to eat especially when training on a steroid cycle, it like I can feel it packing on. Fresh foods feel so good in the mouth salads and fruits the way the crunch. And no doubt you've heard it a million times how important it is to get your diet right before you start complaining or trying more serious enhancements.


Many years ago when I was struggling as a young ectomorph I was given advice by a huge bodybuilder....." stop fucking about with creatine and powders eat a couple of eggs on wholegrain toast before bed every night" And I did put some size on to my skinny little frame. I just couldn't comprehend how much more I needed to eat and the systematic and routine approach needed to get the results.


I have found diet can help in many other ways too. Ever found yourself constipated from consuming so much protein? Try eating a few prunes before bed each night followed by a glass of water, start adding Bok Choi to your veggie intake. Hair, nails and skin looking bad? Get some honey sesame bars or Greek Halva the high zinc content will fix it up faster than any zinc supplement. Foods work well. Foods work in ways that supplements just can't. For example you can buy iron supplement that are so powerful you can overdose and die from them...........yet you can safely intake the same amount of iron from eating liver (that's a lot of liver and really only work in hypothesis).


But faced with writing too much about diet and having read so much I have decided to simply give you some links to other peoples articles who have written great stuff. Without a doubt steroids give you an edge, they give you results that are sometimes just un-attainable naturally. But you should never forget how important your inner health is and when taking steroids the need to eat healthy and with your goals and internal health needs at the forefront of your meal plan.

Body-building/ Steroid forums


Have you ever read any of the Body Building or steroid forums out there? Does forum mean a group of people being totally unhelpful towards newbies? Are steroids only for people who want to become oversized? Who doesn't want to Gain muscle and lose fat?I have become frustrated that it is such, seems to me that there is a new wave a Steroid users those who simply want an "edge" to their training programs, perhaps people not looking to become a "Hulk". As soon as anyone suggests using small amounts of steroids they get poo pooed off a forum. I have to ask haven't steroids been used for ages by athletes, not all who want to become huge? Was Ben Johnson huge?
I personally struggled for years in the gym to put on size. Don't get me wrong I love training at the gym and wouldn't miss it for the world........ although there are times of sickness and injury that stop me going, or even just times when work becomes too much and getting to the gym becomes counter productive. I have tried wild tribullus, protein powders, nitrous oxide, creatine and amino acids all which have helped. but no real major changes to my physique. I have found I got good results from eating over 150g of protein a day, whilst taking multivitamins and amino acids.............but nothing compared to adding 400mg of Test. Enth. to that. Suddenly I really started to notice a difference. I was stronger, felt amazing and buffed up with such speed. I can't help but see actors in movies who suddenly become muscle-bound and wonder if they perhaps have the same secret ingredient.
What do i suggest? I recommend training hard, training to failure, finding new techniques to keep it interesting and productive. Taking interest in your diet and eating whole foods and quality meats, I believe that far to many people do not pay enough attention to diet. Also I believe in herbal and homeopathic remedies to help improve the bodies performance, flaxseed oil for a slow bowel, digestive enzymes (eat papaya and pineapple) to get the most out of your foods. Sleeping well, get a good 8 hours a night, don't watch TV before bed and try to relax from the daily grind. lastly, because best when you have everything else in check up the anti with a dose of steroids..............do you research take your pick and get the results you want
